Because Grab a Manual provides instant, digital PDF downloads, all sales are considered final once the file is downloaded or emailed. Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be returned.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange under the following specific conditions:

1. When We Issue a Refund or Exchange:

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: We will only issue a replacement or refund if the PDF file itself is completely corrupted, broken, or unreadable on your device.
  • Incorrect Manual Provided: If the file you received does not match the serial number or model description of the manual you purchased.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same manual twice in the same order transaction, we will fully refund the second charge.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • Customer Mistakes: It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to verify their machinery model, engine type, and serial number before purchasing. We do not issue refunds or exchanges if you accidentally buy the wrong manual.
  • Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you change your mind after the purchase or no longer need the manual.
  • OEM Factory Layouts: We provide official, complete factory manuals exactly as released by the manufacturer. If a specific diagram, schematic, or section was omitted or not included by the manufacturer in the official factory release, it is not considered a file error, and refunds will not be issued.

3. Proofs Required

  1. Your valid Order ID Number and checkout email address.
  2. A clear Screenshot or Screen Recording (Video) showing the exact error message or corrupted page when attempting to open the file in a standard PDF viewer (like Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Requests missing this visual proof will be automatically rejected.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

If your proof is reviewed and approved by our technical support team, the refund will be processed directly from our system:

  • All approved refunds are credited back only to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during checkout.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to officially post to your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
